<p>Having contacted you originally from our phone in Florida, we knew as soon as we met you that you were the right person to handle our sale.</p>
<p>We were impressed by your demeanor and the fact that you had done all your homework and were ready to proceed as soon as we arrived back in California.</p>
<p>Two days later, our house was staged (with the consultation of a professional who works with you);  a termite inspection was completed;  a virtual tour was prepared and we were officially listed on MLS and numerous websites.</p>
<p>We had an open house the following Sunday, which was well attended.  However, you already had our buyer by that time.  You showed our home to the eventual buyers only two days after it was listed!  Negotiations were straight forward and timely.</p>
<p>You were also very helpful when it came time for our estate sale by supplying us with several signs.  It turned out to be the only advertising we needed. <p>Throughout this process I was impressed time and again with the lack of pressure and the real commitment showed by the both of you. During the time it took me to make up my mind about listing, which as you will recall extended over several months, you honored my wishes and responded exactly as I requested. An ironic aside in this process is that I received far more pressure from local agents who wanted this listing, however were never employed by me.</p>
<p>Once the decision was made to sell, you did everything you promised, when you promised. Your advice during the process was right on point and resulted in the sale of my property in a short amount of time in what has been described as a very slow market.</p>
